What is the standard shipping time for furniture and decor?
Small decor items typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces are shipped via our specialized white-glove delivery service and generally take 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Magnolia ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. We partner with artisans who use FSC-certified timber and reclaimed wood to ensure our furniture is as kind to the planet as it is beautiful in your home.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your status directly through the 'Order History' section of your Magnolia account.
