At Magnolia, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
